It'll be annoying of a hassle having to approve posts every day and it'll be annoying to the other users as well.

I'd need to add a trust system for IPs, certain files getting automatically approved after a while of it being constantly reposted.

This isn't big enough for MPA, it's still small and having a placeholder on files that haven't been approved for some hours would literally make people leave instead of people coming to 4chon.

There's only one person on the team who's a moderator and is barely active.

...BUT 4chon gets small bursts of activity sometimes—(which is like 1 or 2 posts once in a blue moon, as to be expected as there are limited amounts of boards and nobody wants to request any boards.).

Bla-bla-bla, you get the rest—the point is I can't, not now especially when the user base is so small and tiny.
