I find it really interesting how each imageboard has its own culture. Unfortunately imageboards are such a forgotten art and only basedjak.st has its own memorable culture. And 4chan is just filled with oldheads

Basedjak stuff has eaten chan culture alive a bit. While yea they did lead to a renaissance of culture during a time when it seemed like their influence is waning, the hostility towards anything not a 'jak and the suffocation of anime/porn is a problem too.I presume /b/ was the same exact way towards anime stuff, but I don't remember /b/ being anti-anime/cute so much.

They could've been replaced with another meme, had a different aesthetically appealing chud-coded meme developed on /qa/I'm unsure if what I'm saying is controversial
